We are currently registering participants for our next training cohort, which will begin Spring 2026.
The program includes the following required trainings:
Onsite, full day sessions in Dallas, Texas: Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24, 2026
Onsite, full day sessions in Chicago, Illinois: October 1 and October 2, 2026
Online virtual sessions on selected Mondays from 12:00-2:00pm Eastern: May 11, June 15, July 13, and August 10, 2026
An additional 10 hours of online virtual sessions will be scheduled from May-September with input from the training cohort.
Lodging and travel expenses for April and October onsite sessions are the responsibility of the participant. We will provide suggestions for accommodations near the training facility in advance.
Successful completion of Lodestar’s True North Coach Training:
Ensures participants will have met or exceeded the requisite professional development, direct training, mentor coaching, and independent study hours required by the International Coaching Federation for an ACC Level 1 coach training program
Provides 68 AMA/PRA Category 1 CME credit hours
Includes group and 1:1 mentor coaching as part of the program
Includes robust support towards fulfillment of the client coaching hours required for final application for an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
