Lodestar's True North Coach Development program:
Provides 68 AMA/PRA Category 1 CME credit hours.
Ensures participants will have met or exceeded their requisite professional development, direct training, mentor coaching, and independent study hours required by the ICF to sit for the ACC examination
Includes mentor coaching as PART OF our program.
Includes a robust process to help our participants find and fulfill the 1:1 coaching hours needed as part of their final application to the ICF.
