Tennaile Timbrook is an attorney with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Federal sector. A certified leadership coach and currently serving as a senior strategic policy advisor for the US Army Labor and Employment Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
Tennaile Timbrook is an attorney with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Federal sector. Currently serving as a senior strategic policy advisor for the US Army Labor and Employment Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General's Corps. She is a leadership and executive coach who provides a special emphasis on teaching leaders how to grow professionally with coaching, and also how to use those same skills as a supervisor.
Tennaile previously served as an Associate General Counsel for the Office of General Counsel at the US Army and recently worked at the State Department, Embassy Beijing, gaining expertise in Indo-Pacific-Asia affairs, diplomacy, and gained valuable skills in inter-organizational collaboration and global strategic problem solving. She was an adjunct professor at The Judge Advocate General's School and brings to Lodestar a wide breadth of expertise, not limited to federal civilian personnel law and regulatory matters, diversity guidance, criminal law, administrative law and operations, ethics, military readiness, and the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act.
