Sookyung Suh, PhD, ACC, is a trauma-informed executive coach and organizational change leader with over 20 years of expertise spanning management consulting and academia. She specializes in supporting senior leaders in healthcare and mission-driven sectors who are navigating complex, fast-changing environments. By blending systems thinking with deep roots in organizational development, Sookyung helps clients move beyond "feeling stuck" and lead with strategic clarity.
