Antoinette DuBois Ayers is a certified professional coach, master facilitator, and acclaimed speaker with over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching, coach training, and facilitation.


Antoinette earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) Certification from the Coaches Training Institute and was an original member and lifetime honorary member of the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC), where she co-developed the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification as the first National Director of Training.

Ayers has supported diverse organizations across financial, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors in leadership development, team building, and work-life integration. She co-authored the best-selling book The Coaching Conversation and designed a nationally recognized coaching clinic and talent management program for a Fortune 500 company, honored by Training Magazine’s “Top 100.” She is founder of DuBois Ayers Coaching, a certified minority woman-owned business, and co-founder of several ventures including Bridge Communications, Community Health IT, and the Healthy Living and Learning Center of Petersburg, Virginia.

Her commitment to public service includes roles as past Board Chair of the International Stillbirth Alliance and Board Member of First Candle. She co-founded the International Stillbirth Alliance, now WHO-recognized, with conferences held in over 16 countries. Ayers holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and is a Registered Corporate Coach Instructor. In her personal time, she is completing her QiGong instructor’s certification and enjoys teaching QiGong, developing her hot yoga practice, and river rock hopping with her children.
