"Everyone is experiencing 2020 differently, but the baseline emotions are all the same: shock, fear, horror, outrage, disbelief, exhaustion and, ultimately, grief.  No one - especially those in the field of medicine - is escaping this unscathed.  The pain is universal.  We all need some extra tools right now."

-- Dr. K

Lodestar Trauma-Mitigation Master Class (TMMC™) February- March 2021
A 6-Module Master Course in Trauma-Mitigation and the Trauma-Informed approach. For experienced coaches looking to expand their scope of practice, co-create learning, and gain new insight and skills for coaching clients in times of caustic stress and crisis.
Feb 05, 9:30 AM CST – Mar 12, 9:30 AM CST

Lodestar’s Trauma-Mitigation Master Class for Coaches was a transformational experiential learning space. We were invited both to lean in, and to co-create the environment with other participants in a way not offered in other coaching courses.

Trauma-Mitigation is an important and innovative coaching skill, and the unique tools we learned and practiced are critical for coaching effectively through the traumas that healthcare practitioners are facing, daily. This course provided a critical coaching framework, one which allows coaches to better navigate the complexities of our present reality.

Importantly, the shared space for deep, reflective learning left me personally and professionally refreshed and inspired. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and the opportunity to share best practices with experts in fields other than medicine.
