Lodestar is pleased to offer this intensive, subspecialty coach training experience to seasoned coaches who recognize both the challenge and opportunity in times such as these.
In this 6-Module Master Class we explore:

Participants will learn:

How to recognize trauma and move clients from Reaction to Response (R2R™)

To be proficient Lodestar's Trauma-Informed Professional Coaching (TIPC™) and Trauma-Mitigation Coaching (TMC™) paradigm
-
How to move clients deliberately and mindfully towards Healing-Centered Engagement and Salutogenesis
-
How to co-create safe and courageous spaces, and how to lean into that space as a coach
-
The Stress-Trauma continuum
-
Distinctions between Coaching and Therapy and how/when to make trauma-sensitive referrals
Participants will be trained in the following tools and techniques:

Lodestar BRAVE™ coaching model (aligned with ICF code of ethics and Core Competencies)

Lodestar Reaction-to-Response: R2R™

Lodestar Trauma-Informed and Trauma-Mitigation techniques

Lodestar Resiliency Reservoir & Rivers™ tool
Participants will walk away with:

The understanding that all of us experience stress and trauma, and that all of us benefit from effective mitigation

Recognition of the ways in which coaching is uniquely suited to trauma-mitigation
-
Expanded capacity for holding space in the face of strong emotion, and techniques to help clients as they move through those emotions

Awareness of when and how to connect clients with other professional help, and how to make those referrals in a trauma-sensitive manner

A network of colleagues through the Lodestar Connected Coaches network who will be an ongoing resource for collaboration, co-creation, support and connection
Upon completion, participants may choose to:

Sit for the TIPC™/TMC™ oral board exam and certification

Upon certification, use TIPC™ and TMC™ Subspecialty Coach designation

Upon certification, use Lodestar branded coaching tools

Participate in ongoing Lodestar "Connected Coaches" Network
