Meet Dr. K.
Dr. Kemia M. Sarraf, MD, MPH
Founder & CEO, Lodestar
When physicians were reaching their breaking point, Dr. K created what was missing: a revolutionary coaching methodology for professionals navigating toxic stress and burnout. Drawing from her experience as a physician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and her public health expertise from the University of Utah School of Medicine, she founded Lodestar in 2016.
As a practicing physician, public health leader, and trauma-informed coaching pioneer, Dr. K developed a unique approach that has transformed how professionals handle workplace stress and trauma. Today, she serves as adjunct faculty at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine while leading Lodestar's mission to revolutionize professional coaching through trauma-informed methods.
