Why All Of Us? We offer the only live-taught, online programming to address the workplace consequences of unmitigated toxic stress, supporting organizational culture change and restoration.
Based on decades-long practice and experience, our All Of Us professional development program lineup are all designed to build a common language, shared values, and skills for recognizing and navigating the impact of toxic stress and trauma in the workplace. These programs are intended for personnel below senior leadership levels; those often tasked with the execution of strategic plans without organizational decision-making authority.
Regardless of the option you select, All Of Us programs focuses first on the individual employee, and then on the broader impacts to an organization. Over the course of several weeks, our clients come to understand the prevalence and impact of trauma in populations, developing an awareness of their own behavior, coupled with an emerging skillset in trauma-responsive engagement. Live instruction online via zoom
Live-taught instruction can be structured for between 10-16 hours over 2-3 weeks. We work directly with our clients to fit into their schedules.
