We offer the only live-taught and online advanced training program focused on trauma-responsive engagement and trauma-mitigation skills accredited by BOTH the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 22 Core + 7 Resource hours, and the American Medical Association (AMA) for 20 PRA Category 1 CME credit hours. We provide intensive, advanced training for professionals using our BRAVE Coaching Model. This course is appropriate for seasoned professionals who recognize that this is a time for expanded awareness of how toxic stress and/or trauma "show up" both in the workplace and in ourselves. Manifesting as career dissatisfaction, disengagement and disconnection, and communication breakdown - the impact of chronic toxic stress exposure often spills into angry encounters, deterioration of personal and professional relationships and declining performance. A sustainable remedy requires insight, depth of understanding, and a deliberative process to restore individual and collective capacity. And while coaching is not therapy, professionals skilled in trauma-informed engagement help Clients and themselves rebuild capacity, increase insight, and rediscover their true direction.

  • Attendees are professionals - typically physicians, attorneys, coaches, or executives with years of experience.

  • Class size is limited to 14 participants to ensure a deeply experiential training opportunity.

  • Content Delivery is twenty hours of live, online instruction through eight highly interactive modules with two Senior Faculty facilitators co-teaching each class.

Upon successful completion, you can choose to pursue the next step by sitting for the

Trauma-Informed Professional Coach Certification (TIPC) exam.
