Clodagh Earls brings to Lodestar a wealth of experience spanning more than a decade in the realms of office management, project coordination, executive support, and fostering organizational culture. Her journey prior to joining Lodestar includes a significant tenure at the William Davidson Foundation, where she made impactful contributions for over 8 years. During her tenure at the William Davidson Foundation, Clodagh initially served as the Executive Assistant to the President and Board of Directors from 2014 to 2018, showcasing her ability to excel in pivotal roles. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Office Manager from 2018 to 2023, where she continued to demonstrate her adeptness at efficient and productive work environments.

At Lodestar, Clodagh's role is instrumental in collaborating with Dr. K to align the organization with its key objectives. Her expertise extends to the identification of strategic and business planning processes, alongside Lodestar’s COO, and she seamlessly coordinates interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, contributing significantly to the optimization of Lodestar's service offerings.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Clodagh boasts a unique passion as a professional opera singer. Originally hailing from Canada, she holds a Bachelor of Music (Voice Performance) from Western University in London, Ontario, and a Master of Music (Voice Performance) from the University of Toronto.
