PhD, MPH, PCC, TIPC teams with Kate Deaton, MS, CPCC, TIPC, OTR/L to present the only Trauma-Mitigation Master Class that is accredited by both the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and CME (Continuing Medical Education) in the U.S. This course provides: - 20 American Medical Association (AMA) PRA Category 1 Continuing Medical Education (CME) - 13 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competency Hours - 8 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Resource Development Hours. ​ These courses are very small by design and fill quickly, so please either book early or advance-plan accordingly. Our course provides intensive training in a small group setting, designed for seasoned professionals who recognize the challenges and opportunities of coaching in these times. Lodestar TMMC™ trainings are intimate (max 12 participants), live, and co-facilitated by Lodestar senior faculty. This is a rich, meaningful, and deeply experiential coach training opportunity which connects you to a network of peers across the country. ​ TMMC™ is designed for professional coaches - most of whom are doctors, attorneys and clinicians in their own fields.
