Lodestar offers the only Trauma-Mitigation Master Class that is accredited by both the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and CME (Continuing Medication Education) in the U.S. This provides: - 20 American Medical Association (AMA) PRA Category One hours - 13 ICF Core Competency Hours, and 8 ICF Resource Development Hours. ​ These courses are very small by design and fill quickly, so please either book early or advance-plan your training accordingly. Our course provides intensive training in a small group setting, designed for seasoned professionals who recognize the challenges and opportunities of coaching in these times. TMMC™ trainings are intimate (max 12 participants), live, and co-facilitated by Lodestar senior faculty. This is a rich, meaningful, and deeply experiential coach training opportunity which connects you to a network of your peers across the country, and helps build your own bench strength as well. ​ TMMC™ is designed for professional coaches - most of whom are doctors, attorneys and clinicians in their own fields.
