Trauma Mitigation Master Class for Coaches
Lodestar offers the only Trauma-Mitigation Master Class accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and American Medical Association (AMA). This course provides 20 AMA/PRA Category 1 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, and 13 ICF Core + 8 ICF Resource hours.
Classes are taught by a minimum of two Faculty, and size is limited to 12 participants. In the past, Hospital Systems, Universities and Government Entities have booked entire courses, so please reach out directly if that is of interest to your organization.
These trainings are intimate, live, and co-facilitated by Lodestar senior faculty who create a deeply experiential coach training, connect you to an international network of peers, and help you up-level your skills and build a deeper bench.

TIPC Certification
Trauma-Informed Professional Coach
Upon successful completion of Lodestar's Trauma-Mitigation Master Class, participants may sit for the TIPC oral board and certification to become a Lodestar Certified Trauma-Informed Professional Coach. This allows coaches to:

Use the TIPC Subspecialty Coach designation

Participate in the private Connected Coaches Network and quarterly case-study reviews.

Authorization to use Lodestar branded coaching tools, Lodestar TIPC logo on web site, LinkedIn profile, and client proposals.

Eligible for inclusion in Lodestar TMMC Advanced Facilitator Training

Fellowship
Lodestar Fellows are chosen because of their extensive professional experience and expertise in medicine, law, nursing and education. Each brings a lifetime of earned wisdom and career mastery into their coaching, and are trusted and honored colleagues.
