As an Executive Coach with decades of experience, I registered for the Trauma-Mitigation Master Class with excitement and a great deal of curiosity around the topic and how it might expand my practice. The course was very good for me - personally and professionally; it was right on time for a variety of reasons.  
 
The training was grounded in ICF core competencies and code of ethics - great foundational coaching reminders - and included lots of new learning, important self-reflection, and positive affirmation, all of which I was able to apply immediately with my clients, family, and myself. It was a good reminder that I need to invest in coach trainings like these now and again, rather than always doing business-building courses for continuous growth and development.  
 
I really enjoyed the course facilitators and fellow participants. I've looked forward to every session and was very engaged the whole time. In fact, I was not ready for it to end!
